Frequently asked questions
Bowland Escapes is licenced for holiday and recreation use and is open 12 months of the year meaning you can enjoy using your holiday home all year round. You can visit and stay whenever you wish but you are not permitted to live at our park.
There are some additional annual and quarterly costs you need to allow for; these include annual site fees of £2995, annual buildings & liability insurance, quarterly gas, electric, water & WiFi costs based on meter reads and general rates.
Responsible dog owners are very welcome to bring your pet pooch to your holiday home. We kindly ask all pet owners to clean up after your dog at all times.
We are offering a 25 year license agreement for your lodge (T & C apply)
Bowland Escapes is open all year round for holiday and recreation use only. Our park is not classed as residential, meaning you cannot occupy your holiday home on a residential basis. You must have a permanent residential address elsewhere, which for audit purposes we would require proof of in the form of a council tax bill each year.
Every holiday home must be insured at all times. We will discuss insurance with you in more detail on your visit to the park.
Bowland Escapes does not allow sub-letting on our park. We will however market the lodge on your behalf if you do wish to rent it out as a holiday home. We can discuss this in more details on your visit to the park.
Holiday homes vary and are designed to suit your taste and budget. Decking and skirting are additional extras.
